Archant’s Design Studio, based in Prospect House, Norwich is responsible for producing advertisements for the Group’s newspapers, magazines, websites and digital communications. Due to business reorganisation a number of roles have become available within the advertisement support and design sections. All are key roles in the advertisement production process and encompass a variety of tasks including newspaper/magazine planning, page finishing, copy control, processing supplied artwork, talking directly to customers on proofing matters and advertisement design.

Responsibility

To facilitate advertising planning and support functions which includes copy control, customer proofing, processing supplied advertising material, page planning publications/websites, helping the sales teams and customers with advertising copy queries. The positions may suit someone wishing to get into the publishing industry, who has a graphic design interest but lacks the necessary work experience or someone who is working in a customer support environment. The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate that they have excellent skills and experience in the following areas:-
