Archant’s Design Studio, based in Prospect House, Norwich is responsible for producing advertisements for the Group’s newspapers, magazines, websites and digital communications. Due to business reorganisation we have a vacancy for a creative designer to work on client and business projects.

Responsibility

To create and design advertisements, using QuarkXPress, Photoshop and Adobe Flash to agreed briefs. To ensure that deadlines and quality targets are met. The position will also involve working closely with sales and customers on design projects. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate that they have excellent skills and experience in the following areas:-

* Experienced in creating designs and ideas for customers – minimum six months
* Experienced in creating internet ads essential
* Experienced in creating websites preferable
* Must be proficient in Quark or In Design
* Knowledge of Photoshop
* Competent in Flash design
* Knowledge of Dreamweaver preferable
* Must have graphic design qualification
* Understands the importance of customer care
* Understands the importance of creating designs for target audiences
